Legal and Social Implications of Generative AI

Legal and Social Implications of Generative AI

Join the Witkin State Law Library for a live webinar on the Legal and Social Implications of Generative AI on Wednesday, October 16, at 12 PM!

The generative artificial intelligence (AI) revolution is sweeping society. Generative AI applications like ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion can produce novel content—such as text, images, and videos—based on prompts from users. This technology offers significant benefits, such as enhancing access to information and extending human creativity. However, generative AI also raises significant concerns. This talk will explore several of the legal and social implications of this transformative technology.

Professor Peter Lee teaches and writes in the field of innovation law and policy.
